Ming Shuffles Off to St Andrews

Liberal Democrat leader Sir Menzies Campbell was today installed as the Chancellor of Scotland's oldest university. How very appropriate.

Here we do not permit serving politicians (though our last Chancellor became a Labour peer after she was appointed here IIRC) even to get past the nomination stage for Chancellor.

Maybe the odds are shortening again on Huhnie and Cleggie...:)
