Newsnight Blog Goes Live

Paul Mason, the BBC2 Newsnight economics correspondent, has turned his blog into a general Newsnight blog, to which the various presenters, correspondents and producers will be contributing. It's got open comments and they are soliciting your views on the programme. You can find the blog HERE. These blog things are catching on, aren't they?!

The BBC is always soliciting comments and ignores any that are critical. Hardly a new departure, Iain. Incidentally, what is the point of a corporate blog or a clog as we call them? Those journalists will not be able to give their own opinions if different from the BBC line. Why bother in that case?
