Musical Chairs in the Lobby
Following Anthony Browne's departure from the Times political team to take over from Nicholas Boles at Policy Exchange, I can report that he will be replaced by Francis Elliott of the Independent on Sunday. Francis is the co-author of a new biography of David Cameron which is out in a couple of weeks. No word of his replacement on the IoS yet.
