By jove, JP's sailing pretty close to the wind - no hard hat and no protective goggles. The 'elf and safety' police will be after him, mark my words.

Is this the final nail in this Government's coffin?

flags up the groovy question:

Why was Draper removing his Hard Drive from his house and why was it in a lovely present bag?

Was it a) because he’s going to give it to Guido as a leaving present?
b) because he didn’t want the waiting press pack to get a glimpse that he was removing his computer?
c) because he’s going on a booze cruise tomorrow and plans to dump it in the briny?

Who leaves their house with a computer in a bag? At this stage of proceedings?

which leaves d).

Someone, take your pick from Watson, Brown - hey, who knows, even McDonnell - told him to get the thing out of the house so it could be “cleansed”.

I have the feeling that a lot of hard drive cleansing has been going on recently.
